Private Yoga Sessions

Sometimes walking into a group class can be intimidating, especially if you are new to yoga. Or sometimes you just want to be able to ask those questions specific to your own body and get personalized advice on how to adapt a yoga practice to best suit you. And sometimes you just want to talk with someone who gets it, what it is like to feel estranged from your own body, that your body is not good enough, and what it is like to struggle to love your own body.

We can arrange a one-on-one yoga session, either regularly, or just a one-time thing.
