Any Body Yoga believes that all bodies are good bodies and that our bodies are so much more than what they look like.  Let’s explore what yoga poses feel like, rather than what they look like in order to honor our bodies are our greatest teachers in a yoga practice.

Beginner- Friendly

Any Body Yoga classes are meant to be accessible to people in any type of body.  Whether you’ve never done a downdog before, or you’ve done a thousand of them, you are welcome just as you are.

 
 
 

Mindfulness-Based

Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening right now with compassion. This meditative practice is what sets yoga apart from other types of movement and sets the groundwork for showing up in life more empowered and with more agency.
